Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with data center business units and service-level policies; Support delivery of the Datacenter's Emergency Preparedness and Response plans; Coordinate, plan, schedule, and supervise CE audits and compliance verification; Establish and enhance strong working relationships with Engineering Groups and Landlord partners; Provide mentorship across data centers for specific expertise; Manage programs associated with area of responsibility; Demonstrate conscientiousness on cost and adhere to budget requirements; Follow and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures; Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process as appropriate; Ensure routine reporting to effectively manage and analyze Power/Temperature/Relative Humidity, and SLA monitoring
