Business Manager

## About the role Operational Excellence Manage the rhythm of business (ROB), including business reviews, people and financials and overall view of the COO office & organization Create agendas and content for key rhythms (leadership teams, communities, etc) and ensure follow through and accountability Capitalize on opportunities to improve internal processes, cadence and governance, leveraging AI as the priority. Ensure compliance, privacy, and accountability in core business activities Manage org-wide v-teams and efforts related to people & culture Ensure completion of compliance and training requirements ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles - Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles - OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles - OR equivalent experience. ## Nice to have - Demonstrated success owning the ROB and executive support model for a senior leader in a large, matrixed organization, with a track record of executing with excellence and efficiency in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. - Strength in executive content and communications (presentations, narratives, leadership updates), budget planning and management, and standing up operating rhythms and tools that drive empowerment, agility, and operational ROI. - Comfortable operating autonomously and in ambiguity; able to move quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
