Technical Support Engineer - Entra Identity

## About the role - You own, investigate and solve customer technical issues. - You collaborate within and across teams, leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices. - You lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and, where appropriate, share your knowledge. - You develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve customer issues, through training and readiness. ## Requirements - Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - Relevant professional experience in technical support, technical consulting, IT operations, or a related field. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. - Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support business requirements, including shift-based schedules, weekend coverage, and public holiday support. ## What we offer - This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
