## About the role

- Analyze and interpret project data to provide recommendations and strategic recommendations for datacenter-related operations models, support, and implementation plans

- Establish and enhance working relationships with customers
- Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery
- Plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams
- Perform day-to-day project check-in and update accordingly to manage project delivery and quality
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution
- Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity
- Work with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers during project planning and execution
- Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success
## Requirements
- High School Qualification or equivalent AND 6+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments OR equivalent experience
- These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field AND 12+ years experience in critical environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU), or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling) OR High School Qualification or equivalent AND 14+ years experience in critical environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU), or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling) OR equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing programs in datacenter operations or related fields
- Demonstrated experience developing and presenting executive-level presentations and reports
- Demonstrated experience delivering safety programs and policies, and compliance knowledge assessments
