Responsibilities

Lead the Site Deployment function across assigned sites, campuses, regions, or complex deployment programs; manage and develop deployment managers, project coordinators, and senior individual contributors; own deployment execution plans, milestones, readiness gates, risk logs, action registers, dependency trackers, dashboards, and leadership status reporting; coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, Network, Security, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, vendors, and site leadership; convert deployment requirements into field-ready schedules, owner-based action plans, acceptance criteria, handoff requirements, and operational readiness checklists; resolve deployment blockers related to access, safety, space readiness, power and cooling readiness, materials, tooling, documentation, change windows, site constraints, and operational procedures; govern readiness reviews, deployment meetings, issue-resolution sessions, handoff reviews, lessons learned, and recurring leadership reporting cadences; ensure turnover readiness by validating commissioning evidence, deployment prerequisites, inventory readiness, trained support coverage, documentation completeness, system activation, and ownership of open items; act as an escalation point for deployment risks affecting safety, schedule, capacity delivery, customer commitments, security, or day-one operational supportability; maintain executive-ready summaries communicating schedule health, risk exposure, open decisions, blocker ownership, recovery actions, and recommended next steps; identify recurring process gaps and improve playbooks, templates, dashboards, readiness standards, governance routines, and cross-functional operating mechanisms; build a high-accountability team culture centered on safety, clear communication, operational excellence, predictable delivery, continuous improvement, and strong partnership with site operations
