## About the role Establish and manage a portfolio-based approach to technology investments that optimize workflow and drive efficiency. Ensure event platforms, infrastructure, networking, and attendee-facing experiences meet world-class standards for performance, accessibility, scalability, and reliability. Partner with internal stakeholders to define technology needs and communicate project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Embody our Culture and Values ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in Technology and/or Marketing Technology and/or Event Operations, including but not limited to registration, content, speaker and schedule management, mobile apps, attendee wayfinding, networking, and meeting scheduling - Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years of experience in Technology and/or Marketing Technology and/or Event Operations, including but not limited to registration, content, speaker and schedule management, mobile apps, attendee wayfinding, networking, and meeting scheduling - OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 14+ years of experience in Technology and/or Marketing Technology and/or Event Operations, including but not limited to registration, content, speaker and schedule management, mobile apps, attendee wayfinding, networking, and meeting scheduling - OR equivalent experience - 6+ years people management experience - 6+ years technology/process improvement experience - 10+ years experience with knowledge management and/or digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, social media, in-product, training) - 10+ years experience in event technology - 5+ years experience working in a complex, matrixed organization - Experience executing in-person and digital events, inclusive of broadcast & streaming distribution - Experience translating marketing objectives into creative and engaging technical solutions that create improved attendee experiences and drive business impact - Experience managing the technical components of multiple, high-profile events in a fast-paced environment - Experience in developing programs and processes that scale ## Nice to have - Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field - 14+ years of experience in Technology and/or Marketing Technology and/or Event Operations ## What we offer - A culture that enables people to thrive and do their best work - Opportunity to embody our Culture and Values
