Technical Support Engineer (Data & AI - Azure Database for MySQL, and PostgreSQL) - Korean Speaker

## About the role - You own, investigate and solve customer technical issues. - You collaborate within and across teams, leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices. ## Readiness - You lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and, where appropriate, share your knowledge. - You develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve customer issues, through training and readiness. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience o OR 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience - Japanese Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking. - English Language: confident in reading and writing; moderate spoken English skills - Korean Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking. - Ability to handle high-severity incidents - Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience in MySQL and PostgreSQL. - Experience troubleshooting MySQL / PostgreSQL issues — performance and query tuning, locking/blocking, indexing, replication, and backup/restore. - Solid understanding of core database concepts (transactions, replication, high availability).
