Business Support Services Manager

## About the role Lead the Transact Engine for Queries, PO and Invoice Management. Development of BI Dashboard to track operations key performance indicators. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement Operations, Procurement or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement. - 6+ years of people management with excellent cross-cultural awareness - 6+ years' experience in leading and influencing a diverse organization of full-time employees across multiple disciplines, platforms, cultures, and countries - Strong experience in sourcing and contracting. - Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail. - Practical experience in driving business process automation using AI - Black Belt certification is a plus - Data Center Procurement Experience is a huge plus. ## Purchase Order Management - Oversee the creation, amendment, and closure of purchase orders in line with approved requisitions and procurement policy - Ensure PO accuracy (pricing, quantities, terms, coding) and resolve discrepancies with requesters and suppliers - Monitor open PO reports and drive timely closure of aged or obsolete POs ## Supplier Invoice Management - Manage the supplier invoice submission process, ensuring invoices are received, validated, and matched (2-way/3-way) accurately and on time - Work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice exceptions, mismatches, and payment queries - Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate vendor master data ## Dashboard Management - Ensure dashboards are accurate, timely, and well-maintained, with clear data definitions and a single source of truth ## Leadership Approach - Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
