Lead Technical Data Operations Analysts, providing coaching, performance management, and development support. Oversee end-to-end delivery of product data activities across BAU operations and new client implementations. Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of risks. Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on delivery status, risks, and priorities. Drive process improvements and operational initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and predictability.
