Analyze and interpret U.S., Canadian, and Mexican import/export regulations; Track regulatory changes in compliance enforcement and tariff structures; Manage compliance programs with U.S. Customs, the Department of Commerce, CTPAT, and Canada CARM; Conduct detailed tariff classification analysis with strong understanding of the General Rules of Interpretation (GRI), valuation principles, and country-of-origin determinations; Assess supplier and customer compliance with JM's international procedures to mitigate risk; Support annual budgeting and forecasting for international logistics costs and prepare analytical reports
