Responsibilities
Enter commercial transactions into the systems, coordinate and record functional reviews/endorsements of contracts, ensure accurate entry of master data requests, maintain repository of contracts/amendments/approvals/supporting documents, maintain contract documentation and support UIA/Internal audit reviews, monitor contractual task execution, support contract owners in resolving operational/commercial/contractual issues, work with cross functional team in development of GTCs and facilitate development and approval of boundary conditions
