Efficient planning and coordination of service, assembly, and commissioning assignments nationally and internationally; Staff deployment planning considering qualifications, availability, and project requirements; Coordination with project management, engineering, production, and service for on-time and on-budget project implementation; Support in resource and capacity planning for new machine projects and service interventions; Organization and coordination of travel, visas, accommodations, and required deployment documents; Ensure technical and organizational preparation for assembly and service personnel; React to short-term changes, disruptions, or priority shifts in project and service business; Monitor utilization and early identification of bottlenecks or free capacities; Support the further development of planning and dispatching processes; Serve as contact person for internal departments and technicians during ongoing assignments; Ensure reports and information are distributed and processed internally after assignments
