Ensuring timely material supply for production, executing material requests and orders based on demand planning, coordinating forecasts and delivery requirements with suppliers, monitoring and processing dispatch messages in ERP, managing safety stocks and minimum order quantities, tracking delivery dates and initiating measures for supply risks, supporting inventory counts and analyzing stock deviations, monitoring production progress and capacity utilization, coordinating with production, customer service, and shipping
