Your role at HFM: ## Responsibilities - Campaign Execution & Optimization: Execute the day-to-day management and optimization of paid social acquisition channels. Launch, monitor, and scale performance campaigns focused on driving Leads, FTDs, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. - Hands-on Platform Management: Actively manage and build campaigns inside ad platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Telegram Ads Manager, and X Ads. - Testing & Creativity: Implement testing frameworks for creatives, funnels, target audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Identify new growth opportunities and emerging acquisition channels. - Data, Tracking & Reporting: Analyze day-to-day campaign performance to provide actionable insights. Ensure tracking accuracy, monitor pixel implementation, and work with attribution models under the guidance of the Paid Social Media Manager. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, compliance, and product teams to design high-converting assets while adhering to strict forex/CFD marketing regulations. ## Requirements - Experience & Industry Knowledge: 2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience, with a solid understanding of the forex/CFD industry and trader acquisition funnels. - Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. - Platform Proficiency: Strong, hands-on expertise in Meta advertising, with practical experience navigating TikTok, Telegram, and X ad networks. - Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Excel to pull reports and analyze trends. - Technical Setup: Practical familiarity with tracking tools, attribution setups, and analytics solutions like Google Tag Manager. - Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong communication skills and total fluency in English. - Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based. ## What we offer - Hybrid Work Model (2 days working from home) - Monthly Wolt Vouchers - Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance - Provident Fund (Upon completion of the trial period) - Summer Short Fridays (August) - Additional Paid Annual Leave (up to 30 days, based on years of service) - Birthday Leave - Training & Education Allowance - Udemy Business access - Gym Membership - Referral Bonus Program - Additional Support - Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Assistance
