Responsibilities
Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on field failures to identify hardware, software, or environmental factors. Execute debugging and perform quick technical fixes to maintain a target ratio of 1 engineer to 5 robots. Collaborate with QA Engineers to provide real-world input for the design of full-system test cases. Lead the operational readiness and optimization of deployed robots. Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and Service & Support SOPs. Act as the technical bridge to Product and Engineering teams, translating field-identified issues into structured requirements.
