As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. ## Responsibilities - Filling KYCs, following up with clients in case of any missing document, dealing with Backoffice and compliance - Responding to client's requests in timely manner - Keeping-up with formats' updates - Minimizing the number of in process / draft leads by following up and completing the documents - Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections - Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations - Support the onboarding clients, and coordinating with other departments (Documents, KYCs) - Confirmation Calls, following up with the unfunded accounts - Educate and inform clients about the company's products, services, and special offers - Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients' expectations - Identify and report any patterns or trends in customer inquiries to help improve products and services - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues - Professional and empathetic demeanour when dealing with customer complaints or challenging situations - Fluency in English language ## What We Offer - We're a fast-growing, multinational company - Competitive salaries and benefits - Work and learn with industry professions - Supportive and collaborative environment - Unlimited opportunities for growth and development
