Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, upgrades, calibration, and acceptance testing; Conduct systematic root cause analyses and develop long-term solutions; Visit customer sites to investigate and resolve technical issues; Provide remote and on-site support for service requests and equipment malfunctions; Manage technical escalation processes with Global Technical Support and Engineering teams; Identify spare parts requirements and ensure preventive maintenance activities comply with manufacturer standards; Record all technical activities in service reporting systems and CRM platforms; Comply with occupational health and safety regulations including high-voltage and radiation safety
