Work directly with strategic customers to accelerate mission-critical projects and recommend best-practice architectures; Build technical relationships and operate as a trusted advisor; Share the voice of the customer to inform AWS feature roadmaps; Participate in creating and sharing best practices, technical content, and reference architectures; Evangelize and educate customers about AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, and online videos; Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by interviewing candidates and mentoring team members; Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to customer outcomes.
