Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day compensation administration including job evaluations, salary offers, and internal equity reviews; Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus programs, and long-term incentives; Ensure compliance with local compensation and benefits regulations; Prepare reports and dashboards for compensation and benefits-related metrics and trends; Support the execution of local benefits programs including health & risk insurance, wellness initiatives, and retirement plans; Coordinate with the Regional Benefits team to ensure timely rollout and localization of benefits offerings; Assist in tracking and documenting legislative changes impacting employee benefits in India; Maintain benefits-related data accuracy in HR systems and support audits and compliance checks; Participate in benefits benchmarking exercises and contribute to reporting and analysis.
