Advise HR business units on new requirements and develop solutions; Independently analyze, conceptualize, and implement requirements via Customizing in selected HCM modules; Support complex 3rd-level support inquiries and continuously develop the system; Participate in the global rollout of SuccessFactors/Employee Central; Manage external SAP service providers and contribute to international projects; Provide input for the further development of the HR-IT architecture (e.g., towards S/4HANA)
