To strengthen our motivated Talent Attraction Team at our Bradford Plant, we are looking for a proactive and organised Health & Safety Assistant.

Your Role

• You will maintain Health & Safety records, including incident logs, training records, and risk assessments
• You will track compliance activities such as statutory inspections and audit actions
• You will support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions
• You will assist with audit preparation and document control
• You will coordinate Health & Safety training and maintain training records
• You will support site safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Your Profile

• You have experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• You have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• You are confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
