Responsibilities
Analyze systems and program areas, identify solutions for business requirements, and document functional and process requirements. Support implementation of a case management solution using RI Bridges workflows and software, including gap analysis, evidence identification, solution design, and UAT. Conduct UAT and data-script validations for change requests and production incidents, and review notices in the live environment. Validate KPIs and automate standard SQL queries to check data points and internal quality controls. Coordinate system and design sessions, gather project requirements, and define the people, responsibilities, operations, attributes, process flows, and relationships needed to meet project objectives. Support program administration teams with data gathering, analysis, documentation, and demonstrations for federal agencies. Work with operations teams to review cases, resolve issues, and coordinate with tier-II teams to support timely case processing. Monitor and track incident tickets, ensuring issues are resolved from a business perspective, and escalate issues and decisions when appropriate.
