Mid Power Platform Developer

Salary: $115,000 - 120,000 per year
Requirements:
We require an active Secret clearance and eligibility to start with a Top Secret clearance. We can only consider U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents, and you must provide proof of status. You need a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline. You should have 5+ years of experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and related tools. You should have a strong background partnering with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions. You need solid experience across the full data lifecycle, including requirements definition, sourcing, transformation, modeling, and visualization. You should have experience creating dashboards and reports with advanced visual storytelling. You should have experience developing digital workflows, applications, and knowledge management solutions. Experience with enterprise IT systems and data platforms is expected; government or Army experience is preferred. You should have experience administering and supporting Power BI or similar enterprise analytics environments. Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and communication skills are required. You must be able to pass pre-employment qualifications with Cherokee Federal.
Responsibilities:
We work with functional owners, SMEs, analysts, and end users to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions. We design, build, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and connected tools. We create customer-facing dashboards and reports with advanced visualizations for operational and executive decision-making. We manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, including sourcing, transformation, modeling, and presentation. We develop digital processes, workflows, and applications that support business transformation and knowledge management. We integrate data from multiple enterprise and Army systems to build centralized analytics environments. We administer, maintain, and tune Power BI and related analytics platforms hosted within Army infrastructure. We ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strong performance across our solutions. We troubleshoot, enhance, and sustain deployed applications and dashboards. We communicate technical ideas and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. We support ongoing improvement and innovation in digital processes and analytics capabilities. We perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
