Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, patch, upgrade, and monitor the health of ICAM platforms. Diagnose and resolve complex identity, authentication, synchronization, and certificate issues. Support identity technologies including Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, federation, PAM, and IGA solutions. Maintain PKI services, certificate management processes, and PIV/CAC integrations. Track system performance, availability, and capacity, and establish proactive alerts and reporting. Create and maintain runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and operational procedures. Work with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities and support compliance.
