Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate end-to-end NPI execution across OCI hardware and infrastructure programs; manage a team of Operations Program Managers to guide global cross-functional teams; own NPI planning for product release builds aligning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality; establish program structure, schedules, dependencies, phase gates, risk controls, and deliverables; drive alignment between demand planning and manufacturing for NPI builds and ramp production schedules; identify, assess, and reduce program risks across product, supply chain, and manufacturing readiness; ensure compliance requirements are met; define and enforce phase gate exit criteria for NPI milestones; lead readiness sessions and executive reviews presenting risks, trade-offs, and required actions; work closely with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, and Quality to support manufacturability, scalability, and reliability; serve as the central coordination point between design, manufacturing, and planning teams globally; manage products beyond NPI through sustaining and end-of-life phases; drive stop/ship and purge decisions and communications; ensure post-NPI ECOs are implemented and second-source part qualifications are completed; provide concise, high-impact status updates to senior leadership; standardize concise, high-level communication practices across program teams
