Responsibilities
Review and interpret acquisition, licensing, and distribution agreements; confirm content distribution and music rights for streaming platforms; work with legal and international teams to verify rights availability, effective dates, restrictions, and other contract terms; serve as a first point of contact for rights-related questions from domestic and global stakeholders; prepare and share preliminary and confirmed rights information with internal teams; compile, validate, map, and migrate large datasets across rights management systems; maintain rights data accuracy and support ongoing contract administration; act as a liaison between the Rights Management team and streaming platform stakeholders; coordinate with Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, Production, Technical Services, Sales, and Content teams; support initiatives focused on data integrity and process enhancement; track multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
