Requirements:
We are looking for 7+ years of software engineering experience. We need 2+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams and technology delivery organizations. We need proven ownership of Fusion GRC implementation, configuration, integration, migration, deployment, and operational support. We seek experience leading large enterprise transformation and platform modernization efforts. We require deep knowledge of the Fusion GRC platform architecture and capabilities. We need experience configuring Fusion modules such as Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Controls Management, Policy Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Business Continuity & Resilience. We require advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. We value strong experience with Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring Data, REST APIs, microservices architecture, event-driven design, and OAuth2/SAML/SSO integration. We expect experience building enterprise-grade, scalable applications. We need experience with Azure cloud services. We require CI/CD implementation experience. We value familiarity with container platforms, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code concepts. We need experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Application Insights. We require strong SQL and data modelling skills. We value enterprise API architecture experience. We need ETL and data migration experience. Responsibilities:
We lead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and operational support of the Fusion GRC platform. We define and deliver the long-term platform strategy, architecture roadmap, and modernization agenda. We serve as the primary technology leader for Fusion capabilities across multiple business areas. We drive adoption of enterprise risk, compliance, controls, assessment, and audit processes through the platform. We partner with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for automation, simplification, and stronger governance. We evaluate and introduce new Fusion capabilities, including AI, workflow automation, analytics, and reporting. We establish platform governance, standards, security controls, and operating procedures. We lead large-scale Fusion GRC implementations from initiation through deployment and stabilization. We define implementation strategy, solution architecture, configuration approach, and release roadmap. We facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, data mapping, gap analysis, and platform configuration work. We direct migration efforts from legacy GRC tools, spreadsheets, and manual workflows into Fusion. We work closely with implementation consultants and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery. We set implementation governance, quality benchmarks, and release management practices. We oversee testing activities, including SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production readiness. We build, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams. We establish engineering standards, best practices, and development methodologies. We handle hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development. We promote a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. We drive agile delivery and outcome-focused execution. We enable teams to deliver incremental business value through iterative development. We provide technical leadership for enterprise application architecture supporting the Fusion ecosystem. We design scalable, maintainable solutions using modern software engineering practices. We define application, integration, and data architecture patterns for the GRC platform. We review and approve technical designs, solution architectures, and implementation approaches. We ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance standards. We lead the design and development of enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. We architect REST APIs, microservices, integration services, event-driven solutions, workflow orchestration components, and data ingestion and synchronization services. We establish reusable frameworks and common integration patterns. We promote software engineering best practices, including code quality, automated testing, and secure coding. We support cloud-native and containerized deployments on enterprise cloud platforms. We lead integration initiatives between Fusion and other business systems. We design integrations for SAP, ServiceNow, SailPoint, HR systems, procurement platforms, identity management solutions, enterprise data platforms, and reporting and analytics tools. We define enterprise data governance, lineage, and quality management processes. We establish scalable integration frameworks using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures. We set up CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. We improve observability, monitoring, alerting, and performance management capabilities. We lead incident management, root cause analysis, and platform reliability initiatives. We define and manage platform SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics. We ensure high availability, resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity standards. We ensure solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. We apply secure-by-design principles across platform capabilities. We collaborate with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams to manage risks and controls. We support internal and external audit activities and remediation efforts. We maintain compliance with relevant governance and regulatory frameworks.
