Responsibilities
Plan and deliver client migrations to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) from on-premises environments; Design and support modern endpoint management using Windows Autopilot and Intune; Manage hybrid identities through Entra ID including provisioning and conditional access; Conduct pre-migration assessments and create migration runbooks, cutover plans, and validation documentation; Perform MX record cutovers, DNS updates, and email routing troubleshooting; Act as the final internal escalation point for the NOC team; Mentor Cloud Services Engineers and the NOC team; Advise leadership on partner-level requirements and certifications; Lead client discovery sessions and develop tailored Microsoft Cloud solutions; Prepare Statements of Work and project schedules; Advise clients on Microsoft licensing optimization
