Requirements:
We look for at least two years of recent hands-on experience in Global Mobility Services, personal tax compliance, technology, or mobility consulting services A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required Experience in tax, technology, accounting, or human resources is preferred Strong analytical ability and keen attention to detail are essential We value the ability to work collaboratively across in-person and virtual teams and build strong stakeholder relationships Excellent communication skills are needed, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and confidently to varied audiences Experience identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement is preferred We need a self-starter who can establish new functions and processes and manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Responsibilities:
We collaborate with our GMS US practice and business teams to gather feedback and decide on annual updates to US-specific tax applications We assess requests from our GMS US practice and business teams and translate them into functional business requirements for development, testing, and change management We serve as the internal subject matter expert for technology and processes supporting the US GMS practice and provide production support for US-specific applications We work closely with the Project Manager, Project Lead, Senior Business Analyst, Development team, and QA team to support project implementation We manage daily coordination with our GMS US practice and business teams, project staff, and stakeholders We build project management capability by developing plans and timelines, reviewing releases into Technology, and tracking deliverables through completion We act as the Business Analyst for the US migration to the LINK Go Delivery application, leading business requirements management, business process definition, testing, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management
