Responsibilities:
We lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic Treasury and Finance technology initiatives using Agile Scrum methods. We promote Agile principles and foster an Agile-minded culture by setting the example. We engage stakeholders to review, validate, and strengthen team outcomes. We prepare for, facilitate, and complete Agile ceremonies. We identify project risks and define mitigation actions. We share team performance insights and improve metrics for cross-team alignment and executive communication. We coordinate resolution of blockers across organizational boundaries. We keep delivery focused on value while making the best use of available resources. We coach and educate others to support successful Agile adoption. We support sprint execution, testing coordination, deployment planning, and post-production support.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with required office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while Monday and Friday are work-from-home days.
