Systems Engineer Staff
Salary: $229,000 - 269,000 per year
Requirements:
We require at least 5 years of systems engineering experience on software development programs. We expect a solid understanding of the engineering lifecycle and requirements decomposition. We require a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline. We need a strong oral and written communicator who can work independently with minimal direction. We require U.S. citizenship due to the government security clearance requirement. We require eligibility for a Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
We act as systems engineers supporting TTWCS modernization initiatives. We contribute across the software development lifecycle, from design and definition through hands-on development and testing. We help shape the next generation of TTWCS software architecture and execution. We ensure systems engineering practices are applied throughout the effort. We conduct trade studies and compare modernization options technically. We create systems engineering deliverables such as requirements and models. We assess alternatives by analyzing input from data, options, and stakeholder perspectives. We partner with internal teams and external organizations to build and execute the TTWCS modernization roadmap. We work closely with product owners, AI specialists, security, finance, technical leads, and program managers.
