Requirements:
We are seeking a senior-level systems engineer with deep expertise in electronic warfare and aircraft self-protection solutions. We require hands-on experience with radar warning receivers, jammers, and missile warning sensors. We need strong knowledge of EW messaging, discrete interfaces, interface control documents, and multi-vendor system interoperability. We expect familiarity with MIL-STD-1553 and other avionics data buses. We are looking for a solid background in systems architecture and end-to-end systems engineering across the full lifecycle. We require proven experience in systems integration, verification, validation, and simulation-based testing. We require U.S. citizenship to support clearance eligibility. Preferred qualifications include model-based systems engineering, INCOSE CSEP or ESEP certification, and experience with DOORS, JIRA, or on-aircraft EW systems.
Responsibilities:
We will have you architect complete electronic warfare system solutions from concept through implementation. You will integrate multiple EW subsystems, including sensors, jammers, and warning systems. You will lead system integration and verification efforts across software-in-the-loop and hardware/software environments. You will translate mission objectives into technical architecture and clear system requirements. You will troubleshoot complex system issues and drive trade studies to support design decisions. You will mentor engineers and help shape technical direction across the team. You will support innovation initiatives, including the exploration of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in electronic warfare.
