Responsibilities
Lead the Hybrid Cloud Foundation Services team and oversee strategy and delivery of shared cloud platform capabilities. Direct multiple teams and departments by aligning customer and operational needs with business plans. Translate enterprise strategy into actionable technical requirements. Guide talent development, hiring, workforce planning, and performance management. Partner with enterprise architecture, security, networking, database, vendors, and other technology groups. Oversee infrastructure engineering, architecture, service onboarding, cloud financial governance, platform operations, and service enablement guardrails. Ensure systems incident support, troubleshooting, release readiness, and successful deployment. Review and implement technical solution recommendations. Lead technical teams in converting business requirements into logical designs and stable application solutions. Direct software development across all life cycle phases. Provide mentoring and oversight to technical resources and manage vendor delivery.
