Salary: $143,700 - 223,600 per year
Requirements:
We require 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience. We require 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling. We require programming experience in at least one software language. We prefer 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. We prefer a bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent background.
Responsibilities:
We support the research and analytical needs of our AWS Sales teams. We create new ways to use large, complex data streams to automate sales efforts and speed up customers journey to the cloud. We productionize and scale innovative machine learning and statistical solutions to address business challenges at massive scale. We take projects from proof of concept through deployment and prediction serving, with strong model maintenance and operational discipline. We transform large structured and unstructured datasets into training and prediction sets. We orchestrate complex and distributed modeling systems to enable new machine learning capabilities for our customers. We build maintainable, reusable components and microservices within our pipelines to improve speed, scale, and integration. We communicate technical ideas clearly to stakeholders in concise, non-technical language.
