Responsibilities
Establish and maintain SharePoint governance standards, policies, and lifecycle practices; Administer SharePoint Online, hub sites, site collections, and Teams-connected sites; Design and maintain SharePoint architecture, site templates, and reusable components; Develop custom SPFx web parts and extensions; Create PnP PowerShell and CLI scripts to automate provisioning and migration; Design and implement Power Automate workflows and Power Apps forms; Develop enterprise taxonomy, metadata structures, and content lifecycle processes; Monitor the SharePoint environment and lead site reviews, cleanup, and migration initiatives; Gather and document business requirements; Create adoption, usage, governance, and performance reports and dashboards; Serve as a SharePoint subject matter expert, provide training, and mentor internal resources.
