Responsibilities
Monitor internal and external managed infrastructures each day. Provide behind-the-scenes technical support to on-site teams. Coordinate with software and cybersecurity vendors to troubleshoot issues, make repairs, and automate processes. Analyze and report on managed-services clients network health monthly. Continuously improve managed-service alerting and proactive automation. Participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
