Manage scope and schedule of BMS and EPMS vendors during construction; develop scopes of work for site improvements; coordinate stakeholder deliverables and complex situations; review controls sequences of operation and provide design feedback; manage BMS and EPMS construction contracts financially; support procurement activities including RFQs, RFI responses, and purchase order issuance; conduct thorough reviews of BMS and EPMS submittals; participate in global on-call rotation for technical support; ensure deployments align with scope and specifications; review MEP drawings and provide input; attend project meetings and report status to Controls Management; interpret controls drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of material; understand and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces; support controls commissioning activities in the field; visit under-construction data centers to oversee vendor work and verify compliance with design and electrical codes
