Manage construction projects and oversee related activities for new builds and capital initiatives, work directly with general contractors throughout bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases, negotiate with contractors and assess bids and proposals, develop construction project scopes and prepare requests for proposals, perform financial analysis related to construction efforts, lead project management efforts for resiliency-focused data center initiatives, conduct constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs, manage construction documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing, maintain construction quality control, record and share key construction metrics, drive troubleshooting efforts and root-cause analysis for equipment failures
