Support operations and maintenance of installed battery storage projects, ensure projects are prepared for transition into long-term service agreements, close out engineering actions and punch list items after project delivery, provide support to technicians and service managers throughout the LTSA and O&M phases, validate project documentation with the project engineering team, review design specifications and system interfaces to support customer and service needs, provide technical interface support for troubleshooting and root cause analysis, support bid and proposal teams with technical questions, apply best engineering practices across teams, coordinate annual performance testing and prepare reports for customers, develop technical service bulletins and lead root cause analysis
