Lead deployment planning and delivery for program releases, from readiness through post-deployment stabilization; Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deployment milestones and release targets are achieved; Drive organizational readiness, change management, training alignment, and user adoption efforts; Create executive-level status reports, deployment dashboards, and leadership presentations; Identify, evaluate, and proactively escalate risks, issues, and dependencies; Manage critical path activities and coordinate across interconnected workstreams; Establish deployment metrics and KPIs to assess release effectiveness and adoption; Facilitate governance reviews and support leadership decision-making
