Analyze clinical and business processes to develop system solutions; Configure, build, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic applications; Manage application implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives; Provide technical and application support to clinical users and IT teams; Conduct workflow assessments to identify operational improvement opportunities; Design and deliver application solutions aligned with organizational needs; Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements; Recommend workflow improvements to boost efficiency; Maintain and support installed Epic application software; Perform debugging, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software modules; Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate timely resolution; Ensure all changes follow established change management procedures; Create and maintain documentation for assigned Epic applications; Develop, coordinate, and execute testing plans; Work with IT educators to update training plans and technical documentation; Serve as liaison among IT, vendors, clinical users, and operational stakeholders; Participate in production support during implementations and upgrades; Provide project management support as needed; Maintain productive relationships with vendors and business partners; Mentor junior analysts when assigned; Participate in on-call rotation supporting enterprise clinical applications; Travel occasionally to support users and initiatives
