Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year
Requirements:
Strong programming background in Java and Node.js Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS Proven track record developing AI agents with LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, tool calling, and workflow orchestration Experience connecting AI solutions to enterprise APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures Experience designing scalable enterprise AI systems with monitoring and observability Solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, testing, and secure development Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on automation Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and business teams
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using modern agentic frameworks, LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and workflow orchestration Develop scalable, production-grade AI applications using Java, Node.js, and AWS services Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to automate complex operational processes Partner with product owners, engineering teams, and Fleet Operations to turn business needs into technical solutions Create secure, maintainable software following best practices for REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding Build AI workflows with monitoring, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls to support reliability and governance Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor to accelerate development Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI applications as business needs evolve
