Responsibilities
Train and support internal customers on BMS and EPMS design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation; Provide technical support to operations throughout the data center lifecycle; Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and level-of-effort estimates; Manage scope, schedule, financials, and execution of improvement projects; Support procurement activities including RFQs, RFPs, and vendor proposal reviews; Participate in global on-call rotation for live data center support; Coordinate with project leaders and report progress; Support commissioning activities; Review and refine controls sequence of operation; Develop and update controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces; Oversee financial management of service contracts; Visit local data centers to troubleshoot issues and supervise vendor work.
