Requirements:

We need proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. We prefer experience with loan origination systems, especially LaserPro, as well as imaging, document preparation, workflow, and core processing platforms. Experience with reporting tools, document management systems, and electronic loan file systems is preferred. We value familiarity with digital collaboration tools, electronic records management, and technology-enabled workflows. We expect the ability to use approved AI and automation tools responsibly, including Microsoft CoPilot, while maintaining confidentiality, security, and regulatory compliance. We require the ability to assess AI-generated information using professional judgment and verification procedures. Knowledge of business entities such as LLCs, corporations, partnerships, non-profits, trusts, and government entities is needed. We need the ability to review organizational documents, title commitments, title policies, lien searches, and collateral perfection requirements.
Responsibilities:
We prepare complex loan documents for commercial, consumer, agricultural, and real estate lending transactions. We verify loan terms against approved presentations and ensure covenants, conditions precedent, collateral requirements, and loan structure details are properly documented. We review loan files for completeness and accuracy before closing. We identify documentation gaps and work with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and third-party vendors to resolve issues. We coordinate complex loan modifications, renewals, extensions, assumptions, and participation loans. We review executed loan documents to confirm proper completion and enforceability. We support loan onboarding, ongoing maintenance, and servicing coordination with loan accounting. We manage collateral tracking and perfection activities, including vehicle titles, equipment liens, real estate collateral, and UCC filings. We review loan maintenance requests for accuracy and policy compliance. We assist with collateral release documentation and paid loan file reviews. We support imaging, document retention, and electronic file management processes. We ensure compliance with our loan policy and applicable federal and state lending regulations. We help respond to documentation requests tied to internal audits, regulatory examinations, and external loan reviews. We monitor documentation standards and recommend corrective actions when needed. We review title-related materials, lien priority issues, and collateral documentation concerns. We support vendor management activities. We serve as a subject matter expert for loan operations and provide guidance to department staff. We assist with onboarding, training, cross-training, and workload balancing across the team. We help develop and update procedures, job aids, and process improvements. We participate in system upgrades, lending platform implementations, conversions, testing, and process enhancements. We support special projects, remediation work, strategic initiatives, and departmental reporting. We respond professionally to customer and internal inquiries and support loan officers throughout origination and servicing. We prepare letters, reports, procedures, and internal correspondence as needed. We use sound judgment when handling confidential information and escalate suspicious activity appropriately. We perform administrative support and other assigned duties as needed.
