Salary: $79,900 - 110,000 per year
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience alongside a bachelors degree or equivalent background Strong hands-on implementation and production support experience with Oracle R12 SCM, especially in Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP) Functional proficiency in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost Management, and Finance modules Capability to write and execute SQL queries to aid in analysis and troubleshooting Proven experience functioning in a team-oriented support environment, mentoring others through complex challenges, and sharing best practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities:
Deliver production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while closely collaborating with business users and IT teams to resolve issues Work together with functional leads, developers, and support colleagues to assess issues, coordinate solutions, and implement system improvements Serve as a reliable team resource by sharing knowledge, mentoring less-experienced team members, and fostering a positive team culture Engage in team discussions, incident reviews, and problem-solving sessions to ensure consistent and high-quality support outcomes Employ SQL and data analysis to assist with root cause investigations and inform team decision-making Provide insights and best practices to enhance processes, mitigate recurring issues, and improve overall system support
