Responsibilities:
Deliver production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while closely collaborating with business users and IT teams to resolve issues Work together with functional leads, developers, and support colleagues to assess issues, coordinate solutions, and implement system improvements Serve as a reliable team resource by sharing knowledge, mentoring less-experienced team members, and fostering a positive team culture Engage in team discussions, incident reviews, and problem-solving sessions to ensure consistent and high-quality support outcomes Employ SQL and data analysis to assist with root cause investigations and inform team decision-making Provide insights and best practices to enhance processes, mitigate recurring issues, and improve overall system support
