Responsibilities
Own and manage the integrated release calendar across Guidewire and connected platforms, coordinate release activities across development, QA, UAT, performance testing, and production deployment, lead release readiness reviews and go/no-go checkpoints, manage release scope, dependencies, sequencing, and deployment timelines, coordinate implementation efforts across multiple workstreams and vendors, work with Platform and DevOps teams to confirm environment readiness and deployment stability, coordinate code promotions across environments, validate deployment plans and rollback approaches, align release schedules with infrastructure readiness and testing cycles, identify release risks and blockers early, drive mitigation planning and escalation management, coordinate issue resolution across Engineering, QA, Platform, and vendor teams, ensure production support readiness and operational transition planning, partner with QA leadership to align testing cycles, ensure release criteria and quality gates are satisfied, provide executive-level release status reporting and dashboards, facilitate release governance meetings, maintain visibility into release health and defect trends, drive post-release reviews and continuous improvement efforts
