Document and maintain configurations for databases, servers, computers, monitoring systems, packaged programs, macros, utilities, and communications systems. Prepare operational, installation, upgrade, and support procedures for systems and infrastructure. Monitor scheduled data exchanges among state and city agencies, and resolve failures or outages. Produce routine and ad hoc reports for senior managers to support system oversight and decision-making. Test, evaluate, and maintain systems, including production database cleanup for allowance and storage fee payment processing. Analyze and triage production incidents, identify root causes, and fix bugs. Create unit test scenarios and define data element requirements.
