Responsibilities
Support capacity planning and develop long-term strategic goals for systems and software; Ensure new software integrations meet functional, compliance, privacy, and data warehousing requirements; Review and report on system effectiveness and efficiency; Research and recommend client/server hardware, software, and integration products; Evaluate, install, configure, and deploy applications and systems across the enterprise; Analyze documentation to determine application functionality; Respond to helpdesk calls and resolve application and software issues; Improve business processes through integration; Interpret data and provide ongoing reports; Coordinate and conduct in-depth testing of new and modified systems; Monitor, test, and tune system performance; Maintain system log files.
