Responsibilities
Process and administer IT contracts in accordance with departmental procedures, organizational objectives, and applicable regulatory standards, Review contract requests, identify missing information, and advise internal stakeholders on resolution, Draft, negotiate, process, and analyze contracts, amendments, and terminations, including software, hardware, and services agreements, Conduct due diligence and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, business teams, and other departments to support legal, financial, and regulatory compliance, Maintain contract records and tracking systems, monitor performance metrics and deadlines, and manage contract lifecycle activities such as renewals and terminations, Apply negotiation strategies to manage risk, resolve pricing and terms disputes, and support the organizations financial performance, Audit the contract portfolio, conduct quality reviews, and address deficiencies to support internal and external audits and protect organizational assets
