Requirements:
We prefer a bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. We look for 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, inventory control, master data, or ERP environments. We require hands-on experience with material master data, part setup, plant extensions, or planning parameters in SAP or comparable ERP platforms. We need strong Excel proficiency, including the ability to work with large datasets, monitor progress, and create reports. We value excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage large data volumes and multiple competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
We own and maintain material planning and logistics master data to keep information accurate, consistent, and visible across SAP systems. We manage part extensions and planning data across multiple sites so materials remain available for replenishment. We work closely with Finance, SAP technical teams, Engineering, and Operations to ensure materials are configured correctly, including plant extensions, costing inputs, and planning settings. We establish and sustain inventory planning parameters, including safety stock levels, to support service locations and fleet readiness. We proactively identify master data gaps and take corrective action so parts are available for STO creation, inventory transfers, and replenishment execution.
